This policy explains what Reclaimed Creations LLC collects when you use reclaimedcreationsllc.com, why we collect it, and who else can see it. It covers this website only. We are a reclaimed wood business operating in Hopewell Junction, New York.
Information You Give Us
The contact form is the only place on this site where you type anything. When you submit it we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- The product you selected as your interest, if you selected one
- Whatever you write in the message box
The form also carries a hidden field that real visitors never see. It exists to catch automated spam, and anything submitted with it filled in is discarded.
Where Form Submissions Go
Submissions are not saved to a database on this website. They are turned into an email and delivered to our business inbox, where they stay so we can answer you and keep a record of the quote. Delivery is handled by a third-party email service that processes the message in order to send it.
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange delivery or pickup. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the services described on this page.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for three years, then deleted. Records relating to completed orders are kept for seven years, which is the period we retain business and tax records generally.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. Since submissions live in an email inbox rather than a database, deletion means removing those emails.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this one measures how it is used. That happens through three Google services:
- Google Analytics 4, which records pages viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device and browser they use, and which actions they take, such as submitting the form or tapping the phone number.
- Google Tag Manager, which is the container that loads the other tags. It does not collect anything on its own.
- Google Ads, including remarketing. This lets us measure which ads bring people here, and lets Google show our ads to people who have visited this site while they browse elsewhere.
These services set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy, and we do not receive names or contact details from them. What we see is aggregate reporting.
Hosting
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. As with any web host, its servers process requests to load pages, which involves handling technical information such as IP addresses in order to serve the site and keep it running.

Your Choices
- You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Analytics and advertising cookies are not required for the site to work.

This site sells building materials and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
